Grumpy Guys Mushrooms is a new Ecclesia Farms project — still in its early stages — focused on cultivating fresh, flavour-packed mushrooms using low-impact, regenerative methods.
 

Right now, we’re busy behind the scenes building our growing space, testing our first crops, and learning all we can about these amazing fungi.
