Rich, creamy, and naturally nutrient-dense. Our raw sheep's milk is produced by our small flock of Friesland ewes here at Ecclesia Farms in Hampshire, on the edge of the New Forest. Seasonal and pasture-fed with locally sourced hay and haylage, it is milked and frozen at peak freshness to preserve its natural goodness.

Sheep's milk is naturally higher in protein, calcium, and vitamins than cow's milk, with a higher total solids content - meaning more nourishment in every litre. It's valued for its easy digestibility and rich, full flavour.
