At the end of January we took a rainy (no surprise there!) drive to visit sheep farmers Katie and Rob and the sheep dairy that they have been running successfully for nearly 3 years now. It was so inspiring to see everything in action. Even though they weren’t making cheese yet as they were just heading into lambing season we still got to ask so many questions, have a tour of their set up. The year 2025 brought an exciting new chapter for Ewe and Moo Dairy. Partnering with our good friend Louisa to take on 30 milking ewes and a milking parlour in Gorley has been a brand new adventure.
